Barcode Readers manufactured by Barcode Automation, inc. are warranted to be free of defects for a period of 5 years after purchase. In addition, the main components are covered against damage due to lightning and power surge during the warranty period, provided an appropriate surge protector is installed. It is our policy to provide prompt shipment of advance replacement parts when needed.

Decals manufactured by BAI are warranted to be free of defects for a period of 2 years after purchase.
